I will ask some students to read the conversations after me. Then ask them practice this new language structures with their deskmates and in pairs. Then I'll ask some pairs to show their conversation in the front of the class. I'll check their pronunciation if necessary.

(Intention: in this steps, students get drills of the words and sentence structures. Asking them to show their dialogue before class can cultivate their courage. They want to learn and speak English, but most time they are shy and diffident, for fear that they will make mistake, so it is a good chance for them to practice.)

一、年龄特点

初中生的思维发展的主要特点是,抽象逻辑思维日益占主导地位,但思维中具体形象成分仍然起着重要作用。所以教师在教学中必须加强直观形象性,运用实物、模型、图片以及教师的语言等直观手段,让学生在形成鲜明表象的基础上进行抽象概括。初中生思维发展的另一重要特点是,思维的独立性和批判性已有所发展。但是由于缺乏经验,这种思维的独立性和批判性常带有主观性和片面性。所以在教学中要加以引导。

二、自然情况

教师教学的对象就是学生,每一个学生都有不同的特点,每个班级也有属于自己的特点,这就要求教师在备课的时候要注意到学生的学情,特别是教的班级较多的时候,要根据班级的特点对教学做相应的变动。学习兴趣是学生学习动机的重要心理因素。在英语课教学中如何去激发学生的学习兴趣,充分发挥学生的主观能动作用。我所带的班级学生英语水平层次不齐、英语学习主动性较强,有一定的合作和竞争意识。在老师的鼓励下能比较积极地参与课堂。对于优秀的学生,老师只讲授书本的知识还远远不够,因此在全面整合书本内容的同时,要求老师要在课堂上补充及丰富教材;对于基础较差的学生,教师更要特别了解他们对于新知识掌握的情况,多设计一些能有助于他们理解和记忆的教学活动,只有这样,教师才能兼顾到班级的各个层次的学生,使所有的学生都能学有所得。

三、已知起点
