(一)Warm up(热身)

歌词内容为:

3.PPT呈现一连串精彩纷层的新年贺卡图片。(本环节目的在于让学生观看精彩的新年贺卡图片,激发学生学习的兴趣,为新容的学习作铺垫。)
(二)Presentation(呈现新内容)
1. 游戏激趣,引入课题。
PPT呈现一张内容丰富的新年贺卡图片,并说look at the New Year card。引导学生理解New Year的意思。接着引导让学生仔细观察图片,并让学生找出自己能用英语说出的事物。教师运用What’s this?句型询问。
(这一环节的目的在于紧紧抓住学生的注意力,并引入课题Unit8 Happy New Year。 每个学生都争先恐后观察,说出自己能用英语说出的事物,并且对不能用英语说出的事物充满好奇, 这也达到了突破难点的目的。)
老师引入课题: This lesson we’ll learn Unit8 Happy New Year. 板书课题:Unit8 Happy New Year 学生齐读课题。
2. 创设情境 明确任务
刚才PPT呈现的新年贺卡非常漂亮,这一课我们来举行一个小小新年贺卡展览。画展的名字为“新年贺卡设计展”,展出时间为本节课。贺卡上必须要有本节课所学的一些物品。新年贺卡上画展展出之前必须学会一些这些单词,并学会用英语对别人贺卡上的事物进行询问。在学习过程中,表现好的同学可以得到老师赠送的“新年贺卡设计展”入场券,得到“新年贺卡设计展”入场券的同学在最后画展环节可以优先展出设计图。
(本环节的目的在于为整节课创设情境,让学生在情境中学习英语,运用英语,既激发学生的学习兴趣,又培养学生运用英语的能力,同时明确了本节课的学习内容和任务,让学生学习起来心中有目标。三年级学习内容比较简单,只有创设情境,才能赋予学习内容更丰富的内涵,也有利于学生更好地理解语言和运用语言。)
3. 学习单词ball。
PPT呈现单词歌曲Happy New Year的最后一句歌词Happy New Year to you all,接着突出单词all,引出单词ball。

4. 学习单词CD。
PPT呈现球图片,接着球消失,仅仅留下圆形,圆形变为光盘。引导学生学习单词CD。
(本环节利用单词球与光盘都是圆形这一特征引出光盘的学习,过渡自然,学生容易接受。)
5. 学习单词car。
PPT呈现两张光盘,由两张光盘做车轮引出轿车图片,学习单词car。
(本环节利用光盘引出dar的学习,可以激发学生学习的兴趣,提高学生学习的效果。)
6. 学习任务Uncle John。
由轿车图片引出驾车人,驾车人即Uncle John。
(这样引出人物,学生感觉有趣味。)
7. 利用多媒体,运用多种方式复习单词。
a. PPT呈现图片,学生根据部分图片猜单词。遮住ball,car,CD图片的一部分,让学生猜单词。(遮住的部分由少到多,逐渐增加难度,激发学生的求胜欲。)
b. Play a game. What’s missing?
(本环节通过活动让学生进一步掌握新单词,为Story time的学习做好铺垫。游戏时面向全体学生。)
8. 学习robot。
PPT呈现有Uncle John驾驶的轿车开到玩具店,玩具店中robot和doll, 学习单词robot和doll。
9. 引出story time
Uncle John驾驶的轿车开到Helen家。引出story time的学习。

学生观看动画,圈一圈文中提到的礼物。
11.Task2
看一看,比一比。
12.Watch and match。
(本环节在于熟悉对话内容,学生通过连线加强对对话内容的理解。 )
13.学生自由朗读story time,并说一说课文中出现了几个问句。
学生自由朗读课文,教师巡视指导。
