商广网讯 我市《关于2015年普通高中招生工作的意见》已经出台。记者昨日从市教育局获悉，今年我市高中招生政策出现多处明显变化，中招考试总成绩分值、考场设置、志愿设置和填报、中招录取等方面与往年差异明显，考生和家长需要详细了解和把握。
显著变化
中招总成绩增加
今年我省统一中考时间不变，仍为6月25日和6月26日。考试方案仍然实行单科考试方案，全省统一命题、统一制卷、统一考试时间，各地组织实施。
考试科目及分值为：语文(满分120分)、数学(满分120分)、英语(满分120分)、物理(满分70分)、化学(满分50分)、思想品德(满分70分)、历史(满分50分)，总分600分。其中，思想品德和历史为开卷考试，考生可自带参考资料入场。
今年我市理化生实验加试成绩由15分增加到30分，再加上体育考试成绩50分，中考总成绩由665分增加到680分。
高中志愿增加航空实验班和体育特长生
我市中招普通高中志愿分为提前录取志愿、批次录取志愿。提前录取志愿中增加了航空实验班和省、市级体育传统项目学校面向本招生区域招收的体育特长生。
航空实验班面向全省招收优秀应届初中毕业生，今年的招生计划为100名，且全部要求为男性。体育特长生计划不超过有关高中总招生计划的2%。
这样一来，提前录取志愿便包括了两部分：一是指经省教育厅批准，面向全省招生的普通高中航空实验班、宏志班、国际班、理科实验班和市一高面向全市招生的宏志班(50个计划)和国际班(100个计划);二是指经市教育局批准，市二高、市回中、民权一高、夏邑高中和虞城高中面向规定的招生区域招收的体育特长生。
批次录取志愿设置两个志愿，每一个志愿后均设置有 “是否同意择校”选项。
批次志愿填报数与分配生待遇挂钩
在填报提前录取志愿时，考生只能填报一个志愿，不得兼报。
在填报批次录取志愿时，可同时填报两个志愿，也可只填报一个志愿。只有报考第一志愿(省、市级示范性公办高中)的考生，才能享受分配生
待遇，报考第二志愿(省、市级示范性公办高中)的考生，不能享受分配生待遇。
批次录取二志愿分数线提高
在批次录取志愿学校录取时，如达到第一志愿学校录取分数且已被录取，则不考虑第二志愿学校;如未被第一志愿学校录取，报有第二志愿学校的考生，则参加第二志愿学校的录取，但分数线需提高10分，并按志愿顺序，择优录取，录满计划为止。
民办高中可跨市招生
我市民办普通高中原则上面向商丘市招生，在招生计划未完成的情况下，可以跨省辖市、省直管县(市)招生，但应经商丘市教育局和生源所在地的省辖市、省直管县(市)教育行政部门备案同意。
民办普通高中不得自行录取无档案考生、不得擅自扩大招生计划、不得录取低于生源地最低控制分数线以下的学生、不得招收已被其他学校录取的学生。
考点设置高标准
据了解，今年我市中考所有考场统一设置在标准化考点。【2016年商丘中招分数线】
被录取未报到考生 丧失报名资格
按规定，凡被普通高中录取的考生，次年都不能再报名参加中招考试。在去年中招录取中被普通高中录取，但没有缴费报到的考生，今年将不能再报名参加中招考试。
招生纪律更严格
今年是全省教育系统“依法治教年”，省教育厅在严肃招生纪律方面，出台了新的规定。如：任何地方和学校不得突破计划招生，不得录取最低控制分数线以下的考生。除经省教育厅批准的面向全省招生和市教育局批准的面向全市招生的学校外，任何学校不得跨区域招生。严禁普通高中学校以国际班名义变相招收普通类考生，凡被录入国际班的学生一律不得转入普通班。严禁普通高中学校采取不正当的手段争抢生源。 未参加中招考试和未在网上填报志愿的学生，一律不能被普通高中录取。未经统一网上录取的学生一律不予注册普通高中学籍。被学校正常录取后未按规定时间报到的考生，视为放弃普通高中学业资格，省内一律不予注册普通高中学籍。如违反我省中招规定，涉及省级示范性高中的，省教育厅将给予通报批评直至撤销其省级示范性高中称号。涉及民办普通高中的，将责令其限期整改、停止招生直至吊销办学许可证。 政策详解
普通高中招生范围有限定
我市今年对普通高中招生区域仍做出限定。市一高面向全市招生;市回中、市实验中学、市三高面向市直、梁园区和城乡一体化示范区招生;其他县(区)公办普通高中在本县(区)范围内招生;市回中面向全市招收少数民族考生;民办高中面向全市(符合规定的条件，也可面向全省)招生;具备体育特长生招生资格的普通高中可以在其招生区域范围内招收体育特长生。
6月15日至18日报志愿
全市统一填报普通高中志愿时间为2015年6月15日至18日。考生要在报名时间内登录河南省高中阶段教育招生信息服务平台
(zk.hagaozhong.com)网站，填报自己选择的志愿并最终确认后，由学校统一打印出《2015年河南省普通高中招生考试志愿表》。考生和家长要分别签字，以证明是考生自己选报的志愿。
填报时间结束后，网络系统将关闭，无法再接受考生填报志愿。 民办初中填报志愿两种方式
考生要按照规定的招生区域填报志愿。在民办初中就读的考生，可按就读学校考生填报志愿，也可按户籍所在地考生填报志愿，但按户籍所在地考生填报志愿的，不能享受分配生待遇。
市实验中学初中部的考生，户籍在梁园区的，按梁园区考生填报志愿;户籍在睢阳区的，按睢阳区考生填报志愿。
