按计划安排，我们马不停蹄，将投影仪等放映设备搬到工地，在不影响正常的情况下，分期分批组织播放案例片十余场次，让一幕幕惨烈景象，去震撼大家的心；让事故原因告诉大家，在种种意外当中，有多少事故本不该发生！更让一幕幕惨剧警示大家，逝者用生命写成的教训，不能再用生者的鲜血去验证！
3、文修武练，职工在参与中受到教育

（二）励精图治，全面理顺安全关系
毅然重组安全组织机构。06年初，我公司以坚强的决心，重组了总公司安全管理机构，并于3月前，健全了三级安全管理组织体系，管理效率明显提升。
切实规范安全程序。我公司先后规范了《安全施工组织设计》审批流程，应急救援和响应流程，安全检查流程，事故报告程序，安全文化活动组织程序等，规范的流程，既为具体实施指明了方向，同时也为高效完成提供了保障。
科学计划，积极行动。围绕“全年零伤亡事故”总体目标，我公司制定科学的安全年度、月度计划，并及时传达到全体职工。在目标的指引下，公司上下积极行动起来，齐心协力组织实施。对于中的重难点，我们则主动出击，不定期召开专题安全会议，集中攻关。
（三）锐意创新，大力提高安全管理效率
制度创新，优化软环境。2016年，我公司首次将生产事故与行政处罚相结合，作出了有史以来最为冷峻的规定――“凡出现重大安全事故，该分公司的领导班子及全体职工实行年终目标奖金一票否决，负责该工程的项目经理立即停职接受调查……”。这一规定，无疑给领导层施加了沉重压力，压着领导干部切实将安全抓紧抓好。
理论创新，应对新问题。这一年，我们尝试从理论上分析研究我公司安全形势、管理方案、技术措施等，共形成论文成果18篇，有效地应对了中不断出现的新情况、新问题。
管理创新，注入新活力。我公司首次开展安全员上岗考核，提高上岗门槛；首次务实开展安全员绩效考核，激励大家的热情。这些举措，打破了部分人员安于现状的僵局，为组织进步注入了活力。此外，一系列新颖的安全活动陆续展开，更有效推进了公司安全文化建设。
二、以质量为本，精益求精
（一）以人为核心，努力提升质检水平
质检人员的素质直接影响工程质量。因此，控制质量，我们首先从严格人员准入和提高人员素质抓起。
我公司一方面加紧引进高素质人才，择优合作劳务分包方；另一方面，通过分层次、有计划地采取教育培训、技术比武、有奖激励等措施，努力提高整体质检水平。

（三）高品质管理，创精品工程
我公司本着科学发展的原则，力求以高品质的管理，打造精品工程：
目标分解，责任追究。我们把质量总目标，分解到各个工序目标，并责任到人，出现问题，严厉追究。
科学安排，高效施工。施工前，我公司坚持图纸会审和技术交底制度，并对质量作出总体安排；各工序开工前，同样由质检负责人科学作出计划，交待质量控制措施和要求，为后续过程控制提供充分依据，避免因返工带来低效。

Record Yourself
Nobody likes to hear their own voice on tape but like tests, it is good to compare your tapes from time to time. You may be so impressed with the progress you are making that you may not mind the sound of your voice as much.

This is different than watching the television or films because you can’t see the person that is speaking to you.
