一、 教学目标的设置
（一） 教学目标设置的依据及相关解读
依据主要包括：课程标准、单元教学目标（借鉴教学用书）、教学内容及学生在日常生活中的对质量概念的感性认识。
依据一：《课程标准(实验稿)》相关内容标准
从中寻找出与《克与千克的认识》有关的内容标准，摘录如下：
下面我对以上两句话进行分解。
首先来分解的是知识名词：“克和千克”。“克和千克”包括克和千克的认识、克和千克的应用等，这些内容的教学需要两课时来完成，这节课就先来研究其中的“克和千克的认识”这部分内容。“克和千
克的认识”这部分内容又包括认识克、认识千克、认识常见的秤等知识点。
“换算”可以分解为：克与千克的换算、千克与克的换算。
“感受”可以分解为：看一看、掂一掂、比一比、猜一猜、称一称、说一说等。
“简单问题”可以分解为：填合适的单位名称、称一些实物的质量、比较质量的大小、质量的计算等。

通过以上分析，我认为“通过背一背、掂一掂、估一估、称一称等实际操作活动，让学生充分感知质量的轻重，形成直接的感性认识”应是本节内容学习的重点。
依据四：学情分析：
克与千克对于小学生来说是个全新的质量概念。根据小学生的心理特点、年龄特点以及实际生活经验，在课堂设计中通过猜、掂、比、移等活动方式，让学生看一看、说一说、做一做，强调多种感官的参与，使学生从不同的角度进一步建立1克和1千克的质量概念，并了解克与千克单位之间的进率。因此，是本节课学习的难点。
（二）教学目标的陈述
依据对“课程标准、单元目标、本课时的教学内容及学生在日常生活中的对质量概念的感性认识”的分析，结合叙写教学目标的要求和原则，我制定并叙写出《克和千克的认识》这一节课的教学目标如下：
1、在超市购物的生活情境中，学生通过观察，初步知道表示物品有多重，可以用克和千克做单位。
2、会用恰当的质量单位描述具体物体的质量。
3、通过老师介绍，学生知道天平的结构与使用方法，会用天平称一些较轻物品的质量。
4、通过一些生活中的体验，能说出常见的秤以及称物体的方法，会正确读出质量。
5、初步建立1克和1千克的概念，培养学生估量物体质量的意识。
6、让学生经历认识质量单位克和千克的过程，体验数学在现实生活中的价值。
二、 评价设计
教学目标确定后，用什么方式检测目标的达成情况，这就要根据目标来设计适合的评价方案，下面是我针对这节课设计的评价方案：
1.通过提问检测目标1，达标率95%。
2.通过活动、展示小组讨论结果来检测目标3、5、6，达标率98%。【与克的相关词语】
3.通过评价样题检测目标2、4，达标率90%。
