①当今时代，手机已经越来越普及，移动通信技术的发展使人和人之间的沟通更加方
便，给人们的生活带来了很多的便利。随着手机技术的成熟和发展，同时也带动了各种新
昔无线业务的出现，如彩铃、彩信和手机上网等等。我们在这里要介绍的是手机的无线定
位技术。
②无线定位技术的应用非常广泛。在军事上，这项技术可以用以锁定敌对目标的住置。
例如，在第一次车臣战争期间，俄罗斯军队用导弹击毙正在用手机通话的杜达耶夫，就使
用了这项技术。在公共安全方面，警方在处理绑架案件的时候，可以通过这项技术确定使
用手机的绑匪的位置。在日常生活中，这项技术可以派上大用场，倒如，给迷路的人指引
方向，救助突发疾患的病人等等。那么，怎么用手机来定位呢?
③无线定位可分为卫星无线定位和地面无线定位。在卫星定位技术中，最有名的就是
全球定位系统(GPS)，这是一种利用卫星系统实现移动目标三维定位的技术。而地面无线
定位则通过测量无线电波的传播时间、信号场强、相位、入射角度等参数实现移动目标的
定位。手机定位技术属于地面无线定位系统。
④手机定位有各种不同的形式，各种不同的定位业务对定位精度的要求也不相同。我
们都知道，手机处在外地漫游状态时，其通话费的计算就另有标准，那么这种定位所需的
技术就比较简单。移动通信网有很多基站，每个基站覆盖一定的区域，在这个区域内的手
机与基站发生通信联系．从而确定其大致位置。
⑤在手机的无线定位系统中，为了避免对移动终端增加额外开销，多采用的是基于网
络的定位方案，由多个基站同时接收和检测手机发出的信号，根据测量到的参数由计算机
对其进行定位估计。为了获得这些参数，就需要在基站中安装监测设备，再把这些数据通
过计算机处理，从而估计出手机的大致位置。手机信号的参数有传播时间、信号场强、入
射角度等。
⑥从手机发出的信号到达基站，需要一定的时问，根据电磁波的传播速度可以算出手
机与基站之间的距离。那么，如果通过多个基站进行这种测量，就可以计算出手机的位置。
这种技术对时间同步的要求很高，后来，人们研究出一种方法，可以通过计算时间差来确
定手机位置。
⑦手机距离基站越远，所接收的信号强度越低。这样，通过测量接收信号的场强数据，
以及一些相关的参数，就可以估算出手机与基站之问的距离。同时，由三个以上的测量值
就可以估算手机的位置。这就是根据信号场强来定位的原理。由于在城市的复杂环境中，
无线电波的传播非常复杂，所以．这种技术在定位精度上有局限性。
⑧手机发出的信号是一系列电磁波，电磁渡到达基站有一定的入射角度，测量入射角
度．就会得到一条从发射机到接收机的方向线，手机的位置就可以由这条方向线得到。当
然了．至少要测量两个基站得到两条方向线才行。为了测量电磁波的入射角度，接收机的
天线需要改进，必须配备方向性强的天线阵列。
⑨以上介绍的是最基本的手机定位技术。如果定住精度要求比较高的话，就需要多种
定位技术混合使用，这就是混合定位技术。在混合定位技术中，手机也可以使用全球定位
系统(GPS)为人们服务。特别是在城市里，可以利用基站密集的优势，利用卫星技术和
基站信号混合的方式定住，实现在高楼层中的精确定位。
⑩虽然目前的手机定位技术还存在着很多问题，但是，随着技术的发展，手机定位技
术一定会更好地造福于人们。
