there be与have/has用法区别

1．there be结构主要表示“某地（某时）有……”表示事物的存在，不能表示“所有；拥有”，即“某人（物）有……”。There be中的动词be(is, are)是“存在”的意思。there在这种句型中是引导词，没有实际词义。由there引导的这种结构，主语应放在动词be(is,are)之后，与其在数方面保持一致。其结构如下：

“there be+名词（主语）＋地点状语或时间状语。”例如：

（1）There are many students in the classroom. 教室里有许多学生。

（2）There is a picture on the wall. 墙上有张画。

（3）There are seven days in a week. 一周有七天。

在there be 结构中一定要注意谓语就近的原则。

（5）There is a pen and two books on the desk.

（6）There are two books and a pen on the desk.

2．动词have/has表示“有”时，它通常有三个含义：

A．表示“某人（在物质上的）所有。”这种情况下不能用there be替换。如： I have a new watch. 我有一块新表。

B．表示“某人或动物（在身体上的）长有”。这种情况也不能用there be替换。 如：

Both prestigious schools are my favorite regarding their academic reputation, so it’s really a job for me to make a decision. However, the lower tuition tips the balance in favor of the north university while the preferential 20 scores is not necessarily in my calculation.

I was born to a rural family of six people and both my parents have been struggling for survival since the time I can recall. If I choose the south university, it means my parents have to pay 3,000yuan more yearly, which almost equals our family’s annual income.
